Overview:
Scarlett Ranches LLC was paying for traditional health insurance plans for their employees. The came to Frank Benefits looking for cost savings and help creating a benefits package that their employees would love.

The Approach
After reviewing all the options they decided to move away from health insurance altogether and purchased a group membership plan at Assurance Healthcare. The cost savings allowed them to completely rethink their employee benefit package.
The Result
With the cost savings the company is now able to offer their employees, free of charge, an Aflac policy, vision, dental, life insurance policy AND match a 401k at a higher percentage. With all these things, the employees and their families will not come close to paying what they did in prior years for sub par insurance.
In 2018-19 our company paid approximately $32,000 for 9 employees to have medical insurance. (this was the 50% portion of just the company). In 2019-2020 our company will pay approximately $6,000 for 10 employees to be members of Assurance health Care. (this is the 50% portion of just the company).
