Sousley Sound & Communications of Yakima, Washington was on a traditional PPO, high deductible healthcare plan and came to Frank Benefits looking for better options that would make their employee benefits package better.

We worked closely with Sousley to overhaul their employee benefits package and find the best possible situation for their company and employees. They switch to medical cost sharing plan + Assurance Healthcare Membership. We helped make the transition seamless and easy for their administrator.
The Result
The cost savings was significant and their benefits are now being used by their employees regularly. The company owners are very please that their employees are getting a benefit package they love and the company is saving money.
We saved between $2,000-$2,500 per month by going the route of health care sharing and our membership with Assurance and Sedera. Sousley Sound & Communications basically cut our health insurance costs in half. Our employees are saving a whole lot more than that because of the minimal amount of out of pocket expense compared to a high deductible health insurance policy, that no one met unless it was a major medical event. We also find that our employees are utilizing Assurance Healthcare and Counseling more frequently than when we had traditional health insurance, because of the ease of making an appointment and being seen in a rather short time frame.
